Refund/ Return Policy

RETURN POLICY 

Our Returns Policy  You can return any eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund (minus applicable original order shipping fees). 

 • Items must be returned within 30 days. 

 • Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. 

 • Eligible items have been purchased directly on florance-world.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot receive returns or process exchanges on excessively used products or products purchased at other retailer partners. Please contact their customer service team for information on their return policy.  To complete a return:  

1. Email support@florance-world.com with your order number (or name and address) and any items that you would like to return. We will send you a return authorization number and instructions for your return. 

 Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package, if possible. Otherwise, please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipment.  3. Your return will be processed upon arrival. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. When your return has been received and processed, we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed after receiving your return. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
